Refund and Returns Policy

At Animal.net, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your unused and unopened items in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that some items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods: Food, treats, fresh flowers
  • Personalized items: Custom collars, engraved tags
  • Opened items: Food pouches, hygiene products, opened toys (due to health and safety reasons)

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to contact@annimal.net with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Approval: We will review your request and send you a return authorization email with instructions on where to ship your return.
  3. Return Shipment: Carefully repack the item(s) in its original packaging and securely ship it back to the address provided in the return authorization email. Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the return conditions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within a certain number of business days. You will receive a notification email confirming the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable timeframe, please check your bank statement again or contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance. They may have a processing window for refunds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange defective or damaged items for the same product, subject to availability. Please follow the return process outlined above and indicate in your email that you would like an exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase, the gift recipient will receive a gift certificate for the value of the returned item.

Shipping

You are responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
