The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of pets (dogs, cats and parrots) offered by Annimal.net to any buyer (hereinafter referred to as the Customer).
Products
Description of the products: The products offered for sale are pets, namely dogs, cats and parrots, of different breeds and ages.
Availability: The availability of animals is indicated on the site.
Product characteristics: The essential characteristics of the animals (breed, age, state of health, vaccines) are presented on the site or communicated to the Customer before the sale.
Price
The prices of animals are indicated in Dollars or other currencies, all taxes included. They may vary depending on the breed, age and specific characteristics of the animal.
Payment terms: Accepted payment methods are paypal or payment by credit card or other depending on the customer’s request.
Delivery costs: Delivery is free for residents of the United Kingdom.
Outside the United Kingdom, costs are the responsibility of the customer
Order and Payment Terms
The order is made online on the annimal.net website or by whatsapp.
Validation of the order constitutes express and unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions.
Payment: Payment must be made when you place your order. Or A deposit may be requested when ordering.
Livraison
Delivery times: Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the availability of the animal and the destination.
Delivery terms: Delivery is made by Pet Airways.
Receipt of the order: The Customer must check the state of health of the animal upon delivery and express any reservations on the delivery note.
Right of withdrawal and guarantee
Right of withdrawal: Under article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sales of live animals.
Legal guarantee of conformity: The animals sold benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity provided for in articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
Guarantee for hidden defects: The animals sold also benefit from the guarantee against hidden defects provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.
Animal health and identification
Health: The animals offered for sale are in good health and benefit from the necessary veterinary care.
Identification: Animals are identified by tattoo or electronic chip in accordance with current regulations.
Vaccines: Animals are vaccinated according to the recommended vaccination schedule.
Adoption conditions
Adoption questionnaire: Before any sale, an adoption questionnaire will be given to the Customer in order to assess their ability to welcome the animal in good conditions.
Home visit: A home visit can be organized to ensure that the environment is suitable for welcoming the animal.
Responsibility
Responsibility of Annimal.net is guarantees the conformity of the animals sold to the descriptions provided. It cannot be held responsible for the consequences linked to misuse or lack of care on the part of the Customer.
Responsibility of the Client: The Client undertakes to provide the animal with the necessary care and to respect the regulations in force regarding the keeping of animals.
Personal data
Protection of personal data: The personal data collected are processed in accordance with current regulations.
Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction
Applicable law: These General Terms and Conditions are subject to British law.
Attribution of jurisdiction: In the event of a dispute, the British courts will have sole jurisdiction.
